How Plasma Gasification Works?
01. Collection, Sorting, Preparation
Waste is collected, sorted into categories, and is then prepared appropriately before being fed to the reactor.
02. Plasma Gasification
Waste is fed to the reactor at high temperatures of 1000 – 1600K, which breaks complex molecules into atoms & ions.
03. Synthesis Gas & Inert Slag Formation
The atoms and ions that are broken down from complex molecules, assemble into simpler molecular, inorganic content melts down and is vitrified as inert slag.
04. Product Utilisation
Gaseous products are quenched, cleaned & processed for various products as required.
